Chain Link Fencing

Barbed wire is a subsidiary option for chain link. Barbed wire is wires eloped into each other thought the run and holds barbs at 4 inches of gap. The running wire is usually a 12 gauge / 2.5 mm wire and the bard is a 14 gauge / 2 mm wire. The 12 gauge wire is called the line wire and the 14 gauge wire is called the barb wire.

On request and in our previous customer requests, we have made barbed wire with 12 gauge wire as line wire and 12 gauge wire as barb wire. Barbed wire is tied along the perimeter with a specific distance between two lines of barbed wire as per choice.

PVC Chain Link Fencing is simply a woven galvanized steel wire fence,  coated with Poly Vinyl Chloride to prevent rusting. In this process, steel wire is first coated with zinc (By Hot Dipping  Or Electroplating  Process )  and then covered with a vinyl polymer coating that helps prevent rust and adds colour. The vinyl is generally added to both the framework and the chain link fabric fence.
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) coatings can supplement the metallic protective coatings described above. You’ll gain an additional defense against corrosion, and add aesthetics to blend with the environment. Superior quality of pvc chain link fencing is also environment friendly and powerful as fencing material.

A chain link fence is a type of woven fence usually made from galvanized steel wire. The chain link fence wire runs vertically and are bent into a zigzag pattern so that each "zig" hooks with the wire immediately on one side and each "zag" with the wire immediately on the other. This forms the characteristic chain link fence diamond pattern seen in this type of steel fence. 
The manufacturing of chain-link fencing is called weaving. A metal wire, often galvanized to reduce corrosion, is pulled along a rotating long and flat blade, thus creating a somewhat flattened spiral. The spiral continues to rotate past the blade and winds its way through the previous spiral that is already part of the fence. When the spiral reaches the far end of the fence, the spiral is cut near the blade. Next, the spiral is pressed flat and the entire fence is moved up, ready for the next cycle. The end of every second spiral overlaps the end of every first spiral. The machine clamps both ends and gives them a few twists. This makes the links permanent.
An improved version of the weaving machine winds two wires around the blade at once to create a double helix. One of the spirals is woven through the last spiral that is already part of the fence. This improvement allows the process to advance twice as fast.
